Pastor Wilson concludes evangelism in NPUC with mass baptism in multiple sites

Today, Pastor Ted Wilson, president of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church, concludes the evangelistic series with a powerful message of Jesus’ second coming highlighting the event described in the Bible as literal, visible, audible, glorious, and climactic. Speaking online via Zoom, Pastor Wilson directed the thousands of audience online and the hundreds in attendance at the Philippine International Church to believe the Bible as the word of God. “If it’s in the Bible, I believe it. If it’s not in the Bible, it’s not for me. Let’s take the Bible as it reads,” Pastor Wilson expounds.

After the sermon, mass baptism follows from different sites all over North Philippine Union territory. A total of 147 precious souls were baptized at the AUP swimming pool and an estimate of six thousand more were baptized from NPUC’s missions and conferences as a result of the simultaneous evangelism conducted in 110 sites as confirmed by Pastor Jose Zabat, the NPUC evangelism coordinator.

The Adventist Church in the North Philippine Union Conference territory organized this evangelistic series called ‘Earth’s Final Countdown’ in collaboration with AWR 360 and Hope Channel. Dwayne Mckey, president of Adventist World Radio teamed up with Pastor Wilson in the last week of the series. Church leaders from Southern Asia-Pacific Division and from North Philippine Union Mission were present during the event at AUP.
