Missionary Book of the Year for 2022, The Final Hope, dedicated and prayed for during Southern Asia-Pacific Division Year-end Meetings

Every year, during year-end sessions, the missionary book of the year is prayed for and dedicated that it may serve its purpose and that it will create a special place in the hearts of its readers. This year, this special material will be handed out to approximately 1.3 million Seventh-day Adventists within the division to share during these troubling times that there is hope in Jesus.

Rey Cabañero, Publishing Ministries director of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division introduced the book the year during the SSD Year-end hybrid session to properly endorse and encourage leaders to disseminate this book in their respective territories.

The book of the year, “The Final Hope” delves into the very core meaning of the three angel’s messages and their crucial value in our lives as continue to seek genuine hope. The three angel’s messages of Revelation 14:6-12, which highlights one of the Adventist church's theologies, will bring its readers about the realization of God’s plan of redemption and the blessed hope He prepared for each one.

“It's an Adventist message, but for the world. We must announce it to everyone. People ask, Why are we here? Why is there death? We have the answers to those kinds [s] of questions [s]. That's why it was written for people to have hope”, explains the book's author, Clifford Goldstein.

The Publishing Ministries in the Southern Asia-Pacific Division aims to have this book available in several languages like English, Tagalog, Bahasa, Bahasa-Malay, Tetun, Bangla, Malay, Khmer, Lao, Thai, Telugu, Burmese, Punjabi, Sindhi, Urdu, Sinhala, Tamil, and Viet.
